We’re here, and it’s a person.

We aim to reply within two working days. It helps to tell us your iOS version, whether you use Blumzu Plus, and what you expected to happen.

Please don’t send us your child’s health data. We don’t need it, and we can help without seeing a record.

If this is about your child’s health, we’re the wrong door. Call your local emergency number in an emergency, or contact your doctor for urgent advice. Blumzu is a record-keeping and keepsake app, and we are not medical professionals.

Questions we’re asked most

BloomBook is now Blumzu. What changes for me?

The name and the look. Your existing records stay with you, and an existing Plus subscription carries on. Until version 1.2 reaches your device, the app may still show the BloomBook name.

Where is my baby’s data kept?

On your device, and in your own private iCloud account if you use iCloud sync. We can’t see it. See the Privacy Policy for the details.

Can I correct an entry I made earlier?

Yes. Open Records, choose the day on the calendar or in the list, open the entry and change its time or details.

What does Blumzu Plus add?

Photographs in Memories and baby-photo backgrounds, the digital book and keepsake PDFs, detailed patterns and comparisons, additional children, sharing, the Apple Watch app, the Quick Log, Growth and Next Visit widgets, care logging with Siri, attachments on plans, the full development timeline and settle sounds.

Everyday logging for one child, records and record exports, growth charts, text memories and the Today so far widget are included without Plus.

What happens if my Plus subscription ends?

Nothing is deleted and your records stay yours, readable and exportable. Plus features stop. Shares you own are revoked, and if you subscribe again you will need to send new invitations.

Can someone else log too?

With Plus, the record owner can share a child with a co-parent or carer, with edit or view-only access. Participants never receive photographs, journal stories, the child’s name or photo, visit attachments or care contacts.

Can I get a printed book?

Blumzu makes the file. With Plus, export the full book or a photo album as a shareable PDF or a high-resolution PDF, then arrange printing yourself with a printer you choose. Blumzu does not take orders, print or deliver books.

Why can’t I see a next-sleep range yet?

Timing ranges need enough completed sleeps or feeds from roughly the last fortnight. On a new profile, or after a gap in logging, the range stays hidden until there is enough to work from. It is a guide from your own logs, not a prediction or medical advice.

Does the Apple Watch app need Plus?

Yes. The Watch app, its loggers, summaries and complications require Blumzu Plus, watchOS 11 or later and a compatible paired iPhone. Solids and pumping detail are logged on iPhone.

Which devices does it support?

Blumzu requires iOS 17 or later on iPhone, or iPadOS 17 or later on iPad. Apple Watch features require Blumzu Plus, watchOS 11 or later, and a compatible paired iPhone.

Is Blumzu connected to the NHS or an official child health record?

No. Blumzu is an independent app. It is not an official child health record and it is not a medical device.

How do I get my records out?

For records you own, Settings → Data & Export gives you a PDF and a CSV of your care records, with or without Plus. The keepsake book and photo-album PDFs are separate, and come with Plus.

How do I delete everything?

Use Settings → Delete Data. It removes the record from your device and your iCloud, and revokes the shares you own.

Do this before uninstalling: removing the app on its own leaves the iCloud copy and any share you created in place.

How do I manage or cancel a subscription?

Blumzu Plus is billed by Apple through your Apple Account, so it is managed there, in your Apple Account subscriptions. We can’t see, change or refund a subscription for you.

Something not right?

If something in the app looks wrong, please tell us: a number that doesn’t add up, a first in the wrong place, a page that won’t open. A short note about what you saw and what you expected is enough to work from.
